Co-living with MuLive is a modern take on hassle-free shared housing which focuses on connectivity, comfort and community. We are open to singles, couples, students and young professionals, looking for a seamless living experience.
Bookings can be made in person by visiting the chosen property or you can contact our reservation staff on the shared contact numbers and they’ll happily take you through the process, ensuring a fast and seamless experience.
All our properties are equipped with an efficient security system, including CCTVs, automated entry-exit systems and 24×7 security staff. All residents are duly police verified before moving in to ensure safety of everyone around. Also, our dedicated housekeeping staff keeps a check on overall hygiene and maintenance. As per govt. COVID rules, we ensure all our Mulivers and staff are fully vaccinated.
At MuLive, we promise a wholesome living experience, so that you don’t have to worry about a thing. Be it nutritious meals, high-speed wi-fi,comfortable rooms, hang-out zones, taking care of your bills, etc. To help you get closer to the community, we organize regular cultural and festive events. For a detailed list of amenities, refer to our homepage or reach out to our support staff.
MuLive accepts one month’s rent as security deposit which is to be paid in advance. Following documents are to be presented during reservation: 2 passport size photographs, Adhar card/PAN card, Address proof and KYC.
At MuLive, we offer different types of rooms to suit your budget, needs and style. So feel free to choose from our single, double or triple occupancy rooms. All our rooms have an attached bathroom and a private balcony. What an added bonus, right?
As per our rules, the minimum tenure is 3 months and you are welcome to stay with us for as long as you like.
Guests are allowed to visit, but prior intimation is required for an overnight stay. Reach out to the support staff to know about the Guest Policies at MuLive.
And as much as we love children and pets, we unfortunately don’t allow them in our homes.
